The Wood 'N Mirror Company is the company that designs and creates antiqued
mirrors for homes and businesses as well as specializes in hand-crafted furniture and
restoration.  The artist behind the mirrors and furniture is master craftsman, Ross
Wade, a woodworker with 30+ years of experience.  Dealers in the trade refer to him
as a "Restoration Specialist."

The Wood 'N Mirror Company can create any size and style mirror for home or office.
Not only framed mirrors with moulding from Italy but hand-crafted moulding too.
Additionally, the company does mirrored backsplashes in kitchens or whole walls in
bathrooms or dining rooms.  Also we can design and custom build dresser, night
stands, beds, entertainment centers and so on.

In 2001, Ross and his wife Carla moved to Ashe County from Charlotte, bringing their
woodworking and mirror business with them.  Formally known as Dovetail Creations
and Old World Mirror.  The Wood 'N Mirror Company builds custom-designed
furniture, repairs and restores antiques, and creates antiqued mirror inserts for new
and old pieces. Expanding the possibilities, The Wood 'N Mirror Company creates
clean mirror as well as antique mirror from new clear glass.  The process is quite
amazing.  It all starts with a new clear piece of glass or an old clean piece of glass, cut
to size and by using a silver and aging products.  Then the glass is processed to the
desired depth of antiquing.  Every piece is handcrafted, so no two will ever be alike.
The woodworking process is quite amazing too.  It all starts with a raw piece of wood
and ends up a beautiful piece of art.
